You’re COMPLETE! November 20 Notes from Papa via Paul Gray
To My much-loved child, who has everything I am,
You are complete, My child. You lack nothing! I have already given you every spiritual blessing there is. I haven’t withheld anything.
You know that I am generous. I lavish all I have on you. Never think that you have to beg or plead and then hope for a scrap or dollop of grace, peace, forgiveness or whatever. Never!
I always lavish more than you can imagine, comprehend or dream on My children in advance. Some people have believed the lie that Jesus did His part at the cross and now they have to do their part to complete His finished work. How foolish!
Just as the Apostle Paul called the Galatians “foolish,” so is it foolish for anyone today (or ever) to think that now it is up to them to earn or achieve what I have already done for them and given them.
Some people mistakenly believe that it’s their duty to achieve spiritual growth. That leads to a life of futility, frustration and a sense of a never-ending impossible quest.
Oh, how I want you and every one of My children to know… really comprehend and understand… who I have already made them to be, what I have already given them and what they already have in Christ.
Some people even give lip service to Me and say, “I know I’ll be complete one day in the sweet by and by… but until then I have to work to prove that I’m saved and I have to grow and become a mature believer.” That’s a statement of pure unbelief.
Such people don’t believe that Jesus finished His work. They don’t believe Me when I say, “I have already made them new creatures that are pure, holy, innocent, without fault and right with Me.”
Instead of taking me at My word, they add “if’s, buts, what abouts and have-tos,” As a result, they lose their joy and confidence and they don’t experience My abundant life of rest and peace. They don’t inspire hope to the watching world.
I hate it when that happens because that means My beloved children don’t believe Me and instead believe the deceiver, and they struggle and work to achieve what they already have.
So I continuously remind you of what I have already given you by My grace and encourage you to grow in grace and in the knowledge and understanding of who you are in Christ.
~Love, Papa
