Ultimate Confidence! December 15 Notes from Papa via Paul Gray
To My very special child, whom I know even better than you know yourself,
I want you to put ultimate confidence in what I know and what I say… especially when it comes to your own heart and conscience.
The deceiver/enemy knows how to send his lies directly to your heart, your conscience. He always does it “first person singular,” so you think that it’s your own conscience… but it’s not. And it’s certainly not Me if it’s condemning, shaming or guilt-inducing.
You have thoughts like “I’m not worthy. I’m not deserving. I have failed. It’s my fault that things aren’t going well. I’m not a good Christian. God can’t use me. I’ve disqualified myself. God is disappointed with me. God doesn’t like me. What I did is beyond help. I’ll never change… never get better… something is drastically wrong with me. I’m not good enough.”
I want you to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that those are lies straight from darkness. They are never from Me, and they aren’t even from your own heart or conscience because I am in you and you have My mind… the mind of Christ.
Those thoughts are all lies. I want you to know the only effective way to respond to them: Listen to Me! I will always tell you My truth.
Take My truths from Scripture and meditate on them. Don’t just memorize them… instead, talk to Me about them. Ask Me what it means that you are in Christ and Christ is in you and, that He did that. Then listen and let Me impress My thoughts on you.
Ask Me what it means that I chose you before the foundation of the world to be in Christ because of My love… and listen to Me. Let Me reveal to you the depth, height, width and length of My love to you, although it’s so great and incomprehensible that you will never fully grasp the magnitude of My love.
Ask Me what it means that I have taken away all your sin (past, present and future) and forgiven it, don’t hold it against you, will never bring it up to you and choose not to remember it. I will show you what that means!
For example, it means that any time you remember a sin from your past and you feel guilty, remorseful and you hear condemning thoughts… rather than react to that, I want you to respond confidently and say, “No! Jesus took that and every sin of mine away. He forgave that and every sin. He chooses not to even remember them, so this thought… this feeling… does not come from God. It’s a lie from the evil one.”
I want you to say, “Satan, in Jesus’s name I rebuke you. You have no place in My life. You speak lies and I choose not to listen to them or take them as truth. Satan, I reject you and your lies. I only believe in Jesus. Satan, go away and stay away.”
That’s what I want you to do. That’s believing and trusting Me. I am constantly purifying your mind and heart of lies, untruths and condemnation because I am in you, I love you and I am so for you!
~Love, Papa
