Two Ways! June 1 Notes from Papa via Paul Gray

To My dear child, who I cherish and treasure with all My heart,
Today, and every day, you have a choice. Which way you take never ever affects My love and delight in you. But the way you take totally affects your experience of My love and delight!
You can worry and be anxious… or you can trust Me. These are two opposing ways… you can’t do both at the same time. Trusting Me… really believing that I am more than enough…believing that being with Me, listening to Me and experiencing Me and My grace is the only choice that enables you to not worry, not be anxious and not have your mind and emotions play out “what-if” scenarios about your relationships with others and the situations and circumstance that “might” happen.
Perception is as strong and powerful as reality to you. When you focus on things that you worry might or could happen… when you play out negative responses that people “could” have… when you worry about ways that people could respond to you… those thoughts have the same effects as reality on your emotions and the physical aspects of your body.  Those negative worries affect both your mental and physical health. Those thoughts and those worries come from your enemy, Diabolos, whose whole focus and desire is to steal, kill and destroy your peace, joy and well-being. But I offer you a totally different way of life. My Life… I am the Way, the Truth and the Life!
When you refuse to worry, doubt or be anxious and you refuse to let your mind play out “what if” scenarios, you experience My Life instead of his death.  Here’s how you do that: believe Me! I tell you the Truth, My Truth. My grace is more than adequate for your weaknesses. Actually, it is in your weakness that I display My grace most spectacularly!
I am in you, with you and for you. I am infinitely more powerful than Diabolos who is in the world. I have already defeated him. In Me, where you are, you are a victor over him and more than a conqueror!
You can do all things in Christ! That means you can trust Me and not worry! That means if trouble comes (and it will) you are still ok in Me!
The world can give you it’s best shot— which may hurt, may be unpleasant, may be disappointing— but you know the truth that you are ok in Me. You know My love. You know I am for you. You know that I give you the grace to absorb the world’s best shot and still stand firm! You know that you and I together, as one— one with Jesus and the Holy Spirit— stand together and ultimately laugh at whatever happens because We are working it all for the good. This is all true. Choose My way and live and enjoy My Life with Me!
