No Expectations! August 13 Notes from Papa via Paul Gray

To My most wonderful child, whom I have already made perfect,
I want you to see why it is so very important for you to absolutely know who you really are. When you don’t know who you are, then you can’t know who I am and what I am really like.
When you don’t know who you are, you believe the deceiver’s lie that I have impossible-to-achieve expectations of you. I have no expectations of you whatsoever! You must know that. Expectations poison relationships. The enemy wants to steal, kill and destroy our relationship and all your other relationships. The primary way that he does that is to deceive you into believing the lie that I have impossible to achieve expectations.
Think about that, My child. If I expected you to be perfect and you could never measure up to that, I would always be disappointed with you, never be pleased with you, always be watching you, grading you and keeping a list of where you didn’t achieve “My” standards of expectation.
There is no love in that kind of relationship. That’s a law-rules based relationship that says “if” you meet My impossible to meet standards, “then” I’ll like you and bless you. That’s a legalistic religious law-based relationship that condemns and ministers death.
Of course, I am perfect, but rather than believing that I expect you to be perfect by your own effort and ability, remember the truth: I made you perfect!
Since I know what I want, I made you a new creation that is perfect for Me: pure, holy, innocent, without fault and right with Me forever. My perfect love made you perfect! The only expectation I have of you is to be who I already made you to be!
Actually the only expectation of perfection that I have is of Myself! I do not “expect” a single thing of you! I aspire for you to know who you really are… to believe who you really are and for you to enjoy and experience My perfect love for you in Our Divine Triune circle dance of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, mercy, grace and Holy Spirit power!
As you see and understand more and more of who you are, you live  your new life in Christ and celebrate and rejoice in your living like we aspire you to!
