Joy and Grace are Inseparable! October 19 Notes from Papa via Paul Gray

To My delightful child, whom I delight in always,
You have My joy! Joy is not something that you can produce by yourself or by your own effort. Joy is not contingent upon your circumstances and situations. Joy is a fruit of My Holy Spirit. Only I can produce joy… and I do! Trying to produce a fruit of My Spirit is like a corn stalk trying to produce strawberries. It’s impossible!
Happiness depends on happenings– your circumstance, situations, health, finances and other humans actions. Joy is much deeper and joy is totally dependent upon Me!
You can only truly experience My joy after you truly grasp that My love is unconditional. If a person has any doubts whatsoever that I have conditions to My love, then that person will doubt, not be able to totally trust Me, will be afraid that I may ultimately punish them and/or leave and forsake them. Joy is totally a benefit of My unconditional love!
Your words grace and joy both come from the original Greek word “charis.” Joy and grace are inseparable. My grace makes every good thing abound in you. Without grace and without an understanding of grace, a person thinks they have to produce love, joy, peace, patience and My other qualities. Only with an understanding of My multi-faceted Grace, can you understand that joy is a gift from Me and not something you produce or are responsible for.
“Responsible” means having the ability to respond. I have given you that ability. You can respond to My revelation of My love, joy and grace already being in you, for you and available to you!
I want you to be joyful always and I always provide what I ask for. Listen to Me. Believe Me. Trust Me! Appropriate My joy from My abundant stockpile of joy that resides in you.
Ask Me what I want you to know and do in regard to My joy. Then listen to Me. Then do what I ask. You’ll find yourself awash and immersed in My unspeakable joy! You may not be able to verbally describe it, but you will radiate My joy. Christ in you, the hope of glory, will appear as radiant joy to the watching world. You’ll even be able to see it when you look in a mirror!
~Love, Papa
