God’s Gift Exchange! October 4 Notes from Papa via Paul Gray
To My much-loved child whom I’m so proud of, so pleased with and whom I delight in always,
I want to give you a gift today that will help your enjoyment of Jesus, the Holy Spirit and Me immensely!
Actually, you will need to give Me something in order for you to experience the blessing of My gift. Are you up for a trade like that?
Good! Here’s what we do: you give Me your use of the word “but” in your thoughts, attitudes, emotions and reasoning any time you are tempted to use it after My unconditional love, radical grace, and total reconciliation for everyone.
For example, whenever you consider My unconditional love for you (and everyone) and are tempted to add “but”… and then say or think any possible condition, limit, exclusion, etc.,… don’t! Just give Me that “but” and trust Me that it doesn’t exist. It’s a temptation that is the figment of the deceiver’s imagination.
In return, any and every time you are tempted to think, believe or feel that you (or anyone else) have done something that would “possibly” affect My unconditional love, radical grace and total reconciliation for everyone, I will give you a different “but.”
For example, if the evil one were to tempt you by planting the thought in your mind (which will sound like your own voice) “I have disappointed God by my actions: God is mad at me; God is not pleased with me; God is going to withhold blessings from me; I’m in trouble now…” Whenever that happens, I will override his voice and remind you to say “But, that’s not true! The truth is God is for Me. He has already forgiven that sin and taken it away. He has given me His righteousness. I am pure, innocent and right with Him forever. He doesn’t count any sin against Me or anyone! He loves Me unconditionally. He has lavished His unconditional grace on Me. He has totally reconciled Me. Satan can tempt me all he wants, but I know Papa’s truth.”
How’s that for a gift exchange?
~Love, Papa
